2025 kicked off with the Shopify event EcomSpark in Indore. Sachin from AiTrillion and Amit from Wiser AI told me, “Anurag, let’s organize a Shopify eCommerce event in Indore, India.”
The event turned out to be a great success.
During this event, I had the chance to meet Gideon Jeromeraj from Logbase, who later invited me to Shop Camp Coimbatore and the Kotagiri Hill Station events.
For the first time, I connected with Shopify app and agency founders who shared the same growth-driven mindset. This experience completely shifted my perspective. When I returned from Kotagiri to Indore, my team at ControlF5 and I started exploring as many Shopify apps as possible and building long-term partnerships.
On 27th September 2025, I attended Game ON, #ShopQuest2025 in Bangalore. It was another incredible event where I met Shopify app founders, agencies, and, of course, some familiar faces from past events 😀.
The first session I joined was by Mr. Vargab Bakshi from GoKwik. With his vast marketing experience, he shared valuable lessons on building brands and competing in today’s fast-paced market.

Next came an insightful session by the Swym Wishlist App team, and the topic was none other than LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) 😀.
Oh God! LCP is something I constantly struggle with in my office, whether for Shopify stores or WordPress websites. The SEO team often reminds me that without strong Core Web Vitals, ranking high becomes difficult. (I’ve already created an article on How to Pass Core Web Vitals, check it out!)
Thanks to the Swym team for addressing the real pain point of LCP. And yes, you’re absolutely right, achieving LCP within the viewport solves half the battle. One note, though: while using your wishlist app, I noticed some JavaScript execution takes about 780ms. Not a complaint, just a suggestion 😊.
I also connected with Shashank from StarApps Studio, known for their leading color swatch and variation apps. We spoke about how AI is being integrated into eCommerce to help brands scale faster. (Missed catching up with the CTO, Santosh Singh, this time.)
Later, I had a wonderful conversation with Saurabh from Marmeto, someone I deeply admire for building a strong growth ecosystem for eCommerce brands.
Meeting Ramesh from Retainful was equally inspiring. From him, I always learn about leadership, building a positive work culture, and experimenting with content marketing and new WordPress CMS ideas.
I also reconnected with Saravanakumar C.P. and Gideon from LogBase, the minds behind the successful ShopCamp events in Coimbatore and Kotagiri.
By the end of the day, I interacted with amazing teams from Heymantle team, Zapiet, and The Support Hero, which gave me a deeper understanding of how vast and powerful the Shopify ecosystem truly is.

Lucy and her team from Vietnam were so polite and humble; it was a great experience.
After all that knowledge sharing, of course, the after-party was a must 🎉. Big thanks to StarApps studio and the Revize team for arranging it; it was the perfect way to unwind.

I also made new friends, Rajan Soni and Ritesh Vatwani from Centous Solutions, Ahmedabad. Our conversations went beyond business into life lessons, personal growth, and office culture.
