4. Project Onboarding and Timelines

Project Onboarding: Once a project is confirmed and a service agreement is signed, the project is considered “onboarded.”
Timeline for Client Information: You need to give us all the information and materials we need to build your website. We’ll give you 90 days to do this.
Client Inactivity (Ghosting): If you don’t talk to us or give us what we need for 30 days in a row, we might stop working on your project and the amount will not be refunded.

Consequences of Client Inactivity:

If we stop working because you didn’t respond, we might need to start over, which could cost more money.
If the project is delayed because you didn’t do your part, you’ll be responsible for any extra costs or delays.
Controlf5 is not responsible for delays or additional costs.

We want you to stay in touch and give us the information we need so we can finish your project on time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Controlf5 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
